We are happy to consider submissions from artists and ensembles who would like to perform in our lunchtime concert series.
You may contact us initially here. Please include proposed programmes, a brief biography and some audio and/or video examples of your work. Please note that we are not always able to respond to emails immediately.
Our concerts last 60 minutes and take place at St Mary’s Church, Weymouth – an attractive early 19th-century church with a fine acoustic due to its “shoebox” shape. We have a very well-maintained Yamaha C6 grand piano. Our lunchtime concert season runs from September to July (11 concerts).
FEE: We pay a fee of £150, plus reasonable expenses (petrol 45p per mile)
AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT: We encourage our artists to talk about their programmes and introduce our audience to the music they will be playing.
